Min. thread specification for ZA-GA is M10×1. It is good replacement for eddy current displacement sensors like IN081、IN083、IN084、IN085 and so on of Schenck Process GmbH Germany. Probe head is typically made up of high temp. resistance PEEK material. Coil is sealed inside by second time injection. In this case, probe can work in very tough conditions. At the same time, ceramic probe head can withstand special conditions including high temp., strong acid, strong alkali and work reliably. Linearity range of sensor system is decided by coil diameter of probe head , so we usually divide their category according to probe and indicate that. Generally linearity range of sensor system is almost equal to 1/2～1/4 of the probe head diameter. There are ф3, ф5, ф8, ф11, ф25 and e.t.c.. Probe head diameter for ZA-GA series. Probe enclosure is used to connect and fix probe head as well as clamping structure for probe installation. Micro signal processor is mounted inside. Usually probe enclosure is made up of S.S..standard thread is carved and with lock nut.
