Special probe coil winding method and high-temp. resistant ceramic head is applied in our newly developed ZA series super-high-temperature displacement sensor. As a result, eddy current sensor can be applied in super-high-temp. field (highest working temp. is 350 ℃).
Eddy current displacement sensor is widely used in micro-displacement measurement field for its high accuracy, good anti-interference capability, sensitivity only to metal, oil and water resistance. Nevertheless, in the past due to restriction of manufacture technology and material, working temp. of eddy current sensor is limited to industrial temp. level. Using in high temp. or super-high temp. fields is not possible.
Since our electrical wiring improvement , process upgrade and application of high-temp. resistant material , using of eddy current displacement sensor in super-high temp. fields become possible.
Working Principle:
ZA series super-high-temperature displacement sensor is base on traditional, mature eddy current theory and manufacture process. Its installation and operation is the same as old sensor. You can use it as usual eddy current displacement sensor.
