ZA402 provides an easy and low-cost way to monitor axis displacement of rotor in rotating machinery. It is good product with nice price.
Two -wire ZA402 has to be connected to PLC or DCS. Interface for PC has to be active.
ZA402 is the simplest displacement monitor system. Site installation is easy. Two-wire power supply from PLC or DCS is enough. Expense in installation, commissioning and design is saved in a large margin.
Proximitor and transducer is integrated in ZA402. Only probe and extension cable is needed. Less parts for ZA402 increases the reliability .
ZA402 can be used directly in explosion proof situation. Standard 4～20mA signal is output. It is a continuous vibration monitor system.
ZA402 is single-channel axis position transducer. It is mainly used in realtime measuring axis position of rotating machinery. Displacement of vibration can be output. Alarm at early stage will protect rotating machinery, extend its lifespan and shorten the time needed for maintenance.
Easy installation, no need for adjustment
Installation of ZA40l is very easy. You just put it in the place where the proximitor locates. Only two-core screened cable is needed.
Measurement point of machine: generally speaking , one set of ZA402 shall be installed close to bearing pedestal . For important rotating machinery, two sets of ZA402 to be a redundancy system is required.
