Parameters
ZA502 is two-wire single-channel rotating velocity transducer. It is mainly used in realtime measuring rotating velocity of rotating machinery. Value of rotating velocity can be output as 4~20mA signal. Low frequency option of ZA502 can measure the zero rotating velocity of steam turbine.
High integrity , no need for proximitor and high reliability
ZA502 integrate the function of proximitor and transducer . So for ZA502, it only need probe and extension cable. Because of this reason, parts for monitor become less and greatly reliability is enhanced. ZA502 provide an easy and low cost way to measure rotating velocity of rotor of rotating machinery, which increases its performance but not price.
Easy installation, no need for adjustment, and good quality with competitive price
ZA502 is suitable for rotating velocity monitor .Installation of ZA502 is very easy. You just put it in the place where the proximitor locates.
Measurement point of machine: a groove is required to carve in the rotating axis with depth over 1mm. Probes is fixed in the groove and then connect the probe to ZA502 monitor.
Parameters of ZA502 have been adjusted and calibrated before delivery. Generally you need not to adjust or calibrate again but connect cables. Detailed info please see the user manual.
ZA502 can be connected to all our 8mm eddy current sensors.
