Parameters
ZA3102 is three-wire single-channel absolute vibration transducer. It is mainly used in realtime measuring absolute vibration of rotating machinery. Velocity, acceleration and displacement of vibration can be output. Alarm at early stage will protect rotating machinery, extend its lifespan and shorten the time needed for maintenance.
Absolute vibration of machine is an important parameter for status monitoring of rotating machinery. Absolute vibration of machine is indicated by velocity, acceleration and displacement.
Easy installation, no need for adjustment, and good quality with competitive price
Installation of ZA3l02 is very easy. For acceleration sensor, you just need to build up a platform whose diameter is 30mm in the tested part. Then drill a screw hole in the center of the platform. At last you fix the vibration acceleration sensor by the screw hole.
Tested point of machine, generally speaking , shall be close to bearing pedestal or enclosure near bearing. Because most vibration of motor will be transmitted to bearing pedestal or place nearby. Vibration will be monitored more accurately.
Parameters of ZA3102 have been adjusted and calibrated before delivery. Generally you need not to adjust or calibrate again but connect cables. Detailed info please see the user manual.
Status monitor
Absolute vibration like enclosure vibration, bearing bush vibration, rack vibration of rotating machinery are monitored and velocity, acceleration and displacement of vibration is output.
Vibration increase caused by imbalance, misalignment, looseness of parts, damage of rolling bearing and damage of gear is monitored.
