Parameters
ZA3401 integrate the function of proximitor and transducer . So for ZA3401, it only need probe and extension cable. Because of this reason, parts for monitor become less and reliability is enhanced.
Easy installation, no need for adjustment
Installation of ZA340l is very easy. You just put it in the place where the proximitor locates. More reliable screw wiring terminal is applied in ZA3401.
Measurement point of machine : one set of ZA3401 with X axis perpendicular to Y axis is required to installed close to the bearing. For rotating machine with double bearings, 4 set of vibrator is required.
High-reliability and Long Lifespan of Eddy Current Sensor System
ZA3401 can be connected to our 8mm eddy current senor probe. Adjust gap of eddy current senor by regulating gap voltage （GAP+、earthing point）10.0±0.5V.
Features:
Fault monitoring
Monitor radial vibration of rotating machinery rotor. Vibration increase caused by imbalance, misalignment, looseness of parts, damage of rolling bearing and damage of gear is monitored.
