Based on traditional mechanical static calibrator, ZA-JY02 intelligent calibrator for high-accuracy displacement sensor has been added with modern PC technology. The combination of this two makes this calibrator an intelligent test system able to measure, analysis, process data, save and output.
This system is able to supply various kinds of power for common displacement sensors. 220V grid power is enough to make it work. Wiring is the same as traditional way. Displacement value input method has been improved and auxiliary functions have been added. After setting start point and spacing between each time, displacement value can be input rapidly . Input becomes convenient. Accuracy is guaranteed. what’s more, corresponding voltage and current is recorded at the same time. After recording data for 11 points which is stipulated by Chinese national standard, raw data obtained will be processed and analyzed. Solve equations by least square method, calculate sensor parameters like deviation of sensitivity and nonlinearity to draw out a chart . That make it easy to tell whether the sensor meet standards.
Raw data and test conclusions of ten sensors can be saved in system.This data can be output to PC by data cable. It is easy to print sensor test report with the help of other software.
