ZA9272 rotating velocity calibrator is suitable for calibrating rotating velocity meters and sensors and rotate testing system for rotating velocity, zero rotating velocity , contra-rotation and over-speed protection, specially good for site testing and calibration.
We suggest ZA9272 to be rotating velocity calibrator in lab.

6. Record and analyze calibrating data automatically
Connect calibrator to sensor , press ”Run” , sensor data will be calibrated and recorded.

Signal input: two-route of sensor (like eddy current sensor, reluctive transducer and magnetoelectric sensor ) input, is acceptable. Sensor output signal can be voltage or current signal.
Voltage input range:-24V ~+24V
Current input range: 0 ~+25mA
DC power supply: can supply for two-route sensors
Plus,minus power supply can be supplied to each route of sensor and adjusted respectively.

Tooth profile:
1) Side of gear disc is arranged with 60 teeth involute gear (module 2, diameter Ф124mm). It is suitable for rotating velocity sensor like reluctive transducer and magnetoelectric sensor , eddy current sensor.
2)Round holes (diameter Ф8mm) at edge of the front of gear disc. On the three circles, there are respectively 20, 1 round holes and 3 sector shape holes. It is suitable for rotating velocity sensor like reluctive transducer and eddy current sensor.
Installation thread:there are 26 probe installation holes, 7 kinds of thread(subject to actual arrangement) on the rotate speed gear disc.
①M10×1 thread hole：for 8mm (metric system)eddy current sensor;
② 3/8-24 thread hole：for 8mm( American system) eddy current sensor from BENTLY company;
③ M16×1 thread hole：for all kinds of common magnetoelectric rotating velocity sensor ;
④ M18×1.5 thread hole：for PR9376 reluctive transducer from EPRO company;
⑤ Ф11 throughhole：for all kinds of sensor whose thread out diameter is small than 11mm;
⑥ 1)Ф18 throughhole：for all kinds of sensor whose thread out diameter is small than 17mm;
2）connect to special bushing to install in sensors whose length is over 120mm (e.g. Water pump rotating velocity sensor). Ф8 Through holes close to operation keyboard is used for speed up the cooling.
